July 1st Camp Cavell YWCA Camp Lexington Michgian. We have been invited to come and work with the M.D. campers doing a kids workshop for approximately 60 children with multiple challenges. Camp Cavell specializes in camp for challenged people and family units. Team Depot has been partnering with the camp for many years as it offers a retreat for kids from all over Detroit and the Metro areas. 2733 organizing volunteers
July 27th Batting For Kids Sake Comerica Park Detroit Michigan. Volunteers attend and take places on the infield, in the batting cages, and around the stadium as 200 plus kids from 5 to 15 participate in throwing, running, batting, and sports clinics. This year the event will take place beginning around 9 AM. Scores and times are taken, tallied, and then winners in every age group for boys and for girls are announced. The winners and two guests are invited back to a future game where they will be honored and presented with awards before the game. 2707 organizing volunteers
